Kaytlin designs learning experiences that move people, spanning global health classrooms at Boston University and workforce training programs across the Pacific Northwest. Her work lives at the intersection of equity, education, and real-world impact.

About
Kaytlin is a Senior Instructional Designer with over a decade of experience building learning programs that work across higher education, workforce development, and human services. She leads curriculum design, LMS strategy, and team development, translating complex content into scalable, engaging learning experiences for diverse audiences.
She has consulted on large social change initiatives for non-profits and city governments, including efforts to reduce and end homelessness in Framingham, MA and Montgomery, AL, as well as efforts to increase public health awareness, outreach, education, and resource utilization among residents in Worcester, MA.
Previously faculty at Boston University, teaching global health and social justice courses in the Health Science undergraduate department, she emphasized the importance of strong communities, meeting individual and social needs, and promoting intercultural literacy and humility within her teaching practice.
In her free time, she is an avid traveler and photography enthusiast. Having traveled to 6 continents, she hopes to see all world wonders, old, new, and natural, while meeting remarkable people and enjoying the world's best food along the way.
Kaytlin received her B.A. in Global Health Studies from Mercer University and her Master's in Public Health, concentrating in Global Health, from Boston University. Born and raised in Carrollton, Georgia, she now lives in Canton, Georgia.

In Progress: An Anthology
This book project is a culmination of understanding Kaytlin's own queer identity and her love for conversing with others.
Kaytlin is currently compiling stories from LGBTQ+ individuals around the world to create an anthology that celebrates the richness and diversity of the queer experience. This book traces a common thread of health and well-being while unpacking the intersectionality of gender, sexual orientation, place, race, religion, policy, language, and so much more.
Interviews are conducted over Zoom and typically last 60–90 minutes. Participants from every country in the world are welcome and encouraged to share their stories.
